Your experience can help improve care

Tell us what went well and what could have been clearer. Practical observations about reception, explanations, preparation instructions, privacy and follow-up help identify where the patient experience can improve. You do not need to write a positive review to share feedback.

Choose the appropriate channel

Public feedback: use the external review platform linked from Patient Feedback & External Reviews.
A personal concern: contact reception through the official telephone or WhatsApp details and ask how the matter can be reviewed. Begin with a brief description rather than sending a full medical record.

Protect your privacy

Avoid posting identity numbers, private contact details, prescription photographs or sensitive reports in public. Do not include another patient’s information. The center may need a private, appropriate route to understand a clinical concern; public comments are not a substitute for a consultation.

Urgent symptoms are not a feedback issue

If you suspect a serious complication or have severe symptoms, seek urgent medical assessment. Do not wait for a complaint response, a review reply or an appointment message. For non-urgent matters, keep relevant dates and records so that the team can understand what happened.
