Start with a request. Reception confirms the appointment.

Tell us the type of care you need and your preferred day and time. The English appointment interface prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review; it does not reserve a slot automatically. Your appointment is confirmed only after reception replies with the agreed date and time.

Request by WhatsApp: Open a new appointment message. Alternatively, call +967 785 005 333.

What to include

Your name and contact number, the requested service, whether this is a first visit or follow-up, and your preferred appointment window. Age and a brief reason for the visit can help reception route the request. Please omit identity numbers, payment details and sensitive medical images. Relevant reports can be arranged separately when needed.

Services you can ask about

Internal medicine, gastroenterology, liver consultation, gastroscopy assessment, colonoscopy assessment, ERCP and bile duct assessment, cirrhosis follow-up, or a second opinion on existing reports. A procedure request may require a consultation before suitability and preparation can be confirmed.

Published hours and arrival

Saturday–Thursday, 4:00–8:00 pm, Sana’a time. Confirm the appointment before travelling; published hours do not guarantee availability. See directions. Bring previous reports, a current medicine list and any preparation instructions you have received.

Privacy and urgent care

Only send information you are comfortable sharing through WhatsApp. Read the privacy information. This is not an emergency channel: severe bleeding, vomiting blood, severe persistent pain, jaundice with fever, breathing difficulty, fainting or confusion requires urgent assessment at the nearest emergency department.
