External platforms and technical information
The website links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and professional information sources. Those services operate independently and may process information when you visit them. Hosting, security and other installed website services may process technical information separately from the appointment interface; do not assume that browsing the website generates no technical records.
Medical records and public reviews
Ask reception how to share reports when necessary. Avoid publishing private health details or another person’s information in a public review. This website is not a patient record portal or a secure emergency communication service. For questions about information you have sent, use the official contact details and explain the request without reposting sensitive documents publicly.
Educational content and appointments
Medical pages provide general education, not an individual diagnosis or prescription. Treatment, preparation and follow-up depend on assessment. An appointment is confirmed only when reception communicates an agreed date and time. For urgent symptoms, attend the nearest emergency department rather than waiting for a website or messaging response.
